Tech Mahindra has introduced a new solution called TechM VerifAI, which is designed to help businesses validate and verify the outcomes of their Artificial Intelligence (AI) and GenAI projects. The goal of this solution is to assist enterprises in validating the entire lifecycle of their AI-based projects, allowing them to quickly scale their AI initiatives.

The TechM VerifAI solution boasts a pre-built 360-degree validation framework that covers the entire GenAI lifecycle. It also offers customizable metrics, a microservices-based architecture, and seamless integration with existing technology stacks. This ensures that enterprises can realize AI value faster and more reliably.

According to Tech Mahindra, the solution will focus on validating data quality during the discovery and pre-development stages. It will also test AI models, frameworks, and hyper-parameters during the development stage to ensure security and accuracy. Additionally, the solution will verify and fine-tune deployed models to ensure consistent, explainable outputs that meet user expectations post-deployment.

Kunal Purohit, the president of Next Gen Services at Tech Mahindra, highlighted the importance of a robust validation and assurance framework for AI solutions. He mentioned that many companies have struggled to move beyond pilot projects and fully adopt AI at the enterprise level due to this lack. TechM VerifAI aims to address this need by providing a comprehensive framework for assessing, auditing, and certifying AI solutions across various domains and use cases.

Tech Mahindra plans to leverage its experience in validation and verification projects for GenAI product innovators and early adopters to help them scale their AI initiatives quickly. The company’s previous offering, TechM amplifAI, has successfully integrated with over 100 assets and Intellectual Properties, allowing for responsible and scalable AI deployment.

In addition to the launch of TechM VerifAI, Tech Mahindra recently introduced Project Indus, an open-source Large Language Model designed to converse in multiple Indic languages and dialects. This initiative demonstrates the company’s commitment to advancing AI technologies and expanding their capabilities in diverse linguistic contexts.
