In Barnet, a 43-year-old man was taken to the hospital after a stabbing in Hampden Square. His injuries were assessed as non-life-threatening. A 26-year-old man was later arrested in connection with the assault.
A particularly shocking incident took place in Leicester Square, where an 11-year-old girl and her mother were stabbed. The girl sustained serious injuries but is expected to recover with further treatment, while her 34-year-old mother suffered minor injuries. A 32-year-old man was arrested at the scene, and a security guard named Abdullah bravely intervened and disarmed the attacker before the police arrived.
