Xiaomi has officially announced that the Redmi Pad Pro 5G will be launching in India on July 29, alongside the Redmi Pad SE. The company also shared some key specifications of the Redmi Pad Pro 5G, giving consumers a glimpse of what to expect.

The Redmi Pad Pro 5G will come with a 12.1-inch display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Atmos support, and a quad-speaker setup for an immersive audio experience. Under the hood, the tablet will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and will pack a massive 10,000mAh battery. Xiaomi claims that the tablet will offer a standby time of up to 33 days and 12 hours of video playback on a single charge. Additionally, the Redmi Pad Pro 5G will run on Xiaomi’s latest HyperOS and will support stylus and keyboard accessories for enhanced productivity.

Having already been launched in China, the Redmi Pad Pro 5G is expected to offer similar specifications in India. The tablet boasts up to 600 nits of peak brightness and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the front. It will be available with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, with support for expandable storage of up to 1.5TB via the microSD card slot. In terms of cameras, the tablet features an 8MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The Chinese variant of the Redmi Pad Pro 5G also supports 33W fast charging for the 10,000mAh battery.

As for the pricing, the Redmi Pad Pro 5G is currently priced at CNY 1,999 in China, which roughly translates to around ₹23,000. However, it is important to note that this price is for the Chinese market, and Xiaomi may adjust the pricing for the Indian variant.
