A-level students at Notting Hill & Ealing High School had a reason to celebrate as they received their grades. The results were outstanding, with 26% of entries achieving A*, 68% achieving A* or A, and 94% achieving A* to B grades.

In a cohort of 68 students, five achieved straight A* grades, while 30 students attained at least one A* result and 28 received AAA or better. The students are now set to pursue a diverse range of subjects in university, including Medicine, Environmental Geography, Artificial Intelligence, Anthropology, Mechanical Engineering, Liberal Arts, and Fashion Design.

Headmaster Matthew Shoults commended the students for their hard work and dedication, attributing their success to their own efforts as well as the guidance and motivation provided by their teachers. Head girl Lewhat Yosief, who will be studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Durham University, expressed her gratitude for the support she received from NHEHS throughout her A-level journey and university application process.

Beyond academic achievements, some students stood out for their accomplishments outside the classroom. Ansley Vicars, who represented Great Britain in rowing during her A-level exams and is currently training for the World Rowing Championships in Canada, will be pursuing Engineering at the University of Michigan. Similarly, Natasha Raphael, who starred in the BBC TV production of Malory Towers, achieved impressive grades and will be studying English at UCL.

The success of Notting Hill & Ealing High School students reflects their hard work, dedication, and the support they received from the school community. As they embark on their university journeys, these students are poised to make a positive impact in their chosen fields and beyond.
