The Deputy Mayor, Cllr Philip Corthorne, officially opened the event, which featured over 30 stalls at the Pavilions Shopping Centre in Uxbridge. These stalls provided advice, support, and information from various organisations such as Age UK, Alzheimer’s Society, Carers Trust Hillingdon, and more.
Attendees had the opportunity to participate in fun taster activities like boccia, tea dancing, and soft stretching. They also enjoyed a performance of classic songs by Nik Stoter.
