This weekend, Transport for London (TfL) has planned some station closures on the London Underground, Overground, and Elizabeth Line for essential work. It’s important to be aware of these closures to avoid any inconvenience while travelling.

On Friday, August 16, the Waterloo & City line will only operate between 6am and 00.30am. There will be no service on Saturdays, Sundays, and public/bank holidays.
Moving on to Saturday, August 17, there will be no London Overground service between Hackney Downs and Chingford. A replacement bus service L3 will operate between these stations.
Additionally, on Saturday, the Piccadilly line will have no service between Wood Green and Cockfosters. A replacement bus service PL5 will be available during the day, and London Buses Route N91 will operate during Night Tube hours.
There will also be no service between Kings Cross St Pancras and Cockfosters on Saturday between 0030 and 0600 approximately, with replacement buses in operation.
From Saturday, August 17 to Sunday, September 1, there will be no service between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge. Passengers are advised to use Metropolitan line services instead.
On Sunday, August 18, the London Overground will still have no service between Hackney Downs and Chingford, with the replacement bus service L3 in place.
Furthermore, there will be no service between Sydenham and Crystal Palace on Sunday. Passengers can use connecting local buses between Anerley and Crystal Palace.
For those travelling between Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction on Sunday, there will be no service. Local London Buses routes 220 or 228 can be used as an alternative.
Lastly, from 1230 until 1430 on Sunday, there will be no service between Barking and Barking Riverside. Passengers are advised to use local London Buses services during this time.
