While lower-end devices may have less RAM capacity, which is crucial for AI features, Apple is exploring solutions like storing LLM models on flash storage to make these features accessible across its product range. Even the HomePod with a touchscreen is rumored to include the A18 chip for Apple Intelligence capabilities. Additionally, all Macs with an M series chip can utilize Apple Intelligence, highlighting the company’s dedication to incorporating the latest technology into its devices, from entry-level to high-end models.
