During this time, customers can utilize their nearest Post Office for their everyday banking needs. In addition, mobile and online banking services are available 24/7, and customers can also reach out to the contact center for assistance. To further support customers, HSBC will be hosting community pop-up events at W H Smith in Station Road.

This temporary closure is part of HSBC’s efforts to enhance the branch’s facilities and services for the benefit of its customers. The renovations aim to create a more modern and efficient banking experience. By providing alternative banking options and hosting community events, HSBC is ensuring that customers are well-supported during the closure.
Customers are encouraged to stay updated on the renovation progress and any further announcements through HSBC’s official channels. The bank is committed to minimizing any inconvenience caused by the closure and is dedicated to providing excellent service once the branch reopens.
