A tragic incident occurred in west London recently, as a woman lost her life in a flat fire on Ongar Road in Fulham. The fire broke out just after 4 am on August 1, causing damage to the first and second floors of a converted end-of-terrace house.

Firefighters, equipped with breathing apparatus, managed to rescue the woman from the second floor. However, despite their efforts, she was pronounced dead shortly after being rescued.
